On December 14, 2007, American low-cost airline JetBlue Airways filed to protect the trademark Jetiquette in relation to a variety of goods and services related to their airline and travel businesses. But wait! Mork's not sure if JetBlue is cleared for takeoff on this one. On November 26, 2007, Florida-based The Sky Steward LLC also filed to protect the trademark Jetiquette in relation to customer service training for airline industry professionals. The Sky Steward appears to be the nickname of a flamboyant fellow named Gailen David, a "seasoned airline professional, International Purser, motivational speaker and customer service expert" ... oh, and ...
