On March 23, 2010, French-based game developer and publisher Ubisoft Entertainment filed to protect the trademark Horse Gaga in relation to “entertainment services, namely, providing an on-line computer game for others over global and local area computer networks and providing information on-line relating to computer games, video games and computer and video games related products”.

Ubisoft also the domain on the day before the trademark filing, although there is currently no content at that domain.

A videogame with horses and Lady Gaga? Sounds fittingly surreal. And has the artist perched atop a white, polk-dotted horse. So, there’s that…
