Mountain Dew Force Field

11.08.07 | 1 Comment

On November 1, 2007, hardcore beverage producer PepsiCo filed to protect the trademark Mountain Dew Force Field in relation to a soft drink. But it doesn’t stop there. PepsiCo also filed to protect the names Mountain Dew Colorfy and Mountain Dew Beta in relation to even more soft drinks.

PepsiCo’s on a roll, having recently filed to protect other names for potential Mountain Dew Flavors. Mork’s having a type-2 freakout just thinking about all that high fructose corn syrup.
