(a division of Time Warner) filed to protect the trademark Half Their Size, in relation to a television program on the subjects of diet, weight loss and related human interest stories. People Magazine, a Time Inc. publication, already has a feature called Half Their Size. Mork wonders if a reality TV show is far behind.
