Fancy by Jessica Simpson

12.28.07 | No Comments

On December 20, 2007, singer-actress and Proactiv spokeswoman Jessica Simpson’s trademark and merchandising company With You, Inc. filed to protect the trademark Fancy by Jessica Simpson in relation to:

“fragrances for personal use, perfumes; bath and body products, namely body lotions, body creme, body mist, hand creme, bath and shower gel, massage oil, dusting powder and bath soap; cosmetics; non-medicated skin care preparations; hair care preparations” as well as “candles and scented candles”.

A few months ago, Celebrity Babylon reported that Simpson had inked a deal with Parlux Fragrances for her own fragrance that would hit the shelves in the Summer of 2008. Mork suspects this might just be the fancy name of her fancy fragrance and line of body care products. Fancy name for a fancy gal!

Mork just wonders if you’ll be able to eat Fancy, like you’re able to eat Jessica Simpson Dessert products, which are super-sexy or super-nasty, depending on who you ask. Not that Mork’s actually tried them. Heh.
