Codemasters, publisher of the upcoming game Clive Barker’s Jericho, filed three applications on September 18, 2007 to protect the trademark Damnation. Interesting, as Clive Barker is the author of a book called The Damnation Game, which in a recent interview he refers to simply as Damnation. Could this be an indication of Codemasters’ intent for its follow up to Jericho?
