On October 2, 2007, an individual named Annemarie Dockendorf from Florida filed to protect the trademark CrappyFudge in relation to, surprise…fudge. Mork thinks that this name is wrong on so many levels. Do you really want to have the word “crappy” associated with your product, especially since fudge is brown and solid and often looks like…well, you know. Anyway, unless Annemarie can single-handedly pull off a “bad” really means “good” kind of thing, and convince the world that “”crappy” really means “amazing”, she’s going to have more CrappyFudge on her hands than she can give away!
Update: AnneMarie herself comments below and provides info and a URL for her CrappyFudge Website! While Mork was totally making fun of this name, he always has great respect for the entrepreneurial spirit, and anyone who tries to start and succeed with their own small business. So, go get ‘em, AnneMarie! We wish you all the best. (And btw, your Website looks great!)
Update: Anne Marie recently posted an awesome video on that shows CrappyFudge actually being made: YouTube - Outrageous CrappyFudge

Captivatingly Clever Crappy Confections
“The perfect gift to show you really do(n’t) give a crap…”
Melbourne, FL, October 29, 2007 – Fudge with a twist! CrappyFudge is ironically great tasting fudge made from scratch by the 11th generation candy connoisseur who was recently featured on Rachel Ray. Our fudge is comprised of only the finest wholesome ingredients, including real butter and cream. Each jar of CrappyFudge displays a phrase of one’s choice for all occasions (anniversary, apology, appreciation, birthday, business, get well, getting even, graduation, holidays, just because, new baby, relationships…) as well as the option to personalize your own crappy phrase. Never before has a sweet gift been so powerful and clever. CrappyFudge has announced it will offer its gourmet fudge through its website, www.crappyfudge.com, and select retail outlets.
About CrappyFudge: Founded in 2007, CrappyFudge is the brainchild of Anne Dockendorf who has created the perfect blend of rich gourmet fudge and sharp wit. Twists on commonly used phrases alluding to the feculent likeness of fudge create great laughs for both gift giver and recipient alike.
