Video game developer Ubisoft, on August 9, 2007, filed to protect the trademark Counterspy in relation to a video game. Mork wonders if this is a standalone name, or if it will be combined with Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six or Ghost Recon franchises. Mork spends his time playing Loco Roco and Super Monkey Ball. So, more hardcore folks are going to have to chime in on this one.
