  Wow. The folks at Florida-based Sage Marketing and Design have filed, on behalf of an unknown person or entity, to protect the trademark Andy Biotic, which consists of the name and a character defined as "Superhero Capsule" (drawing contained in the link, above). Wow. Mork thinks that his nephew could design a better logo. Mork also thinks that he could take Superhero Capsule in a fight.

  Fart Tones

  On September 26, 2007, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation filed to protect the trademark Fart Tones relating to "downloadable ring tones, ring backs, graphics, wallpaper, games and music". Mork isn't going to pretend to know what this means. There are plenty of links and sites offering up fart ring tones. But what the heck could "Fart Tones: The Movie" be about?   So, two dubes (misspelling intended) from Virginia have filed to trademark the name 4:19 with the intent to develop a line of shirts, hats and apparrel. Now, does the name refer to the minute before 4:20? Or to the Bible passage Philippians 4:19? Mork is thinking the former, as the Partnership/DBA is called "Sparks Up". Heh heh. Yeah.

  If Mork had a favorite St. Louis punk band named after a famous Mattel product, it would be Bitch Slap Barbie, whose vocalists Lisa and Gita filed on September 25, 2007 to protect their name.   Toaster Doughnuts

  Finally! Doughnuts that you toast! They're already deep-fried, but no matter. They're not hot and toasty until you toast them! Thanks to Grandpa Don's Bread in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Toaster Doughnuts hopefully will be coming soon to a store near you. The September 4, 2007 filing and a Google search give us no hints as to what flavors Grandpa Don will toast up, or where we'll be able to get them. All Mork knows is that after heating up a glazed toaster doughnut, he's not going to want to clean the toaster.

  Awesome! So listen bro...these two dudes, Jim and Greg, filed on September 4, 2007 to protect the name Dubemanbro. According to the filing, they intend to conduct "entertainment exhibitions in the nature of extreme sports". Wicked cool, man.
