On October 19, 2007, singer, actor, director and screenwriter Billy Bob Thornton filed to protect the trademark Billy Bob as well as the initials BBT in relation to restaurant and bar services. There are a couple of registrations involving restaurants using a form of the Billy Bob name, but they’ve been abandoned.
Mork doesn’t reckon they’ll be serving Bad Santa Burgers or Sling Blade Sausages at the ol’ BBT. But maybe they’ll be projecting Chopper Chicks in Zombietown on the wall over the pool table. Mmm hmmm.
