On October 4, 2007, AT&T Intellectual Property filed to protect the trademark AT&T Vu. This confirms yesterday’s Engadget story, suggesting that the Vu will be AT&T’s version of the LG Shine. Gizmodo recently posted some spy shots of the AT&T LG Shine device.
