Wow. The folks at Florida-based Sage Marketing and Design have filed, on behalf of an unknown person or entity, to protect the trademark Andy Biotic, which consists of the name and a character defined as “Superhero Capsule” (drawing contained in the link, above). Wow. Mork thinks that his nephew could design a better logo. Mork also thinks that he could take Superhero Capsule in a fight.
