  While the current trademark for the name Grokster is live, en entity called EXIM Brands filed on September 12, 2007 to use the name in the same IC and US codes as the original.   Yahoo! Intention Engine

  Yahoo! has two trademark filings on September 14, 2007. One is for Yahoo! Search Intention Engine and the other is for Intention Engine. The term "intention engine" is associated with Otavo.com, a social search engine which is similar to Yahoo! Answers. Is Yahoo! just "acquiring" the term, or is there more to the story?
